Refund & Return Policy
At Advance Micronics, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase and rental. Due to the sensitive nature of medical equipment, we follow strict return and refund policies to maintain quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
1. Return Policy for Purchased Equipment
We do not accept returns for sold medical equipment due to:
Health and hygiene regulations
Equipment calibration and sterilization standards
Exceptions:
If the product is received in a damaged or defective condition
If there is a wrong item delivered
In such cases:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide clear photographs or video as proof
Keep the original packaging intact
Upon approval, we will arrange for replacement or repair, at no additional cost.
2. Refund Policy for Sales
Refunds are only issued:
If the ordered product is out of stock or unavailable
If the order is cancelled before dispatch
No refunds are processed once the product is shipped, unless there is an error or defect on our part.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
3. Return & Refund Policy for Rentals
Cancellation Before Dispatch: Full refund
Cancellation After Dispatch / Installation: No refund
Early Return: Rental charges for the full agreed duration are still applicable unless otherwise agreed in writing
Damage or Loss: Any damage or loss to rental equipment will be charged as per our rental agreement

5. Important Notes
